- Corundum A, soft version, very open structure
- for fine grinding on surfaces and contours
- for cleaning tasks on metals
- when grinding, the addition of oil, water results in finer surfaces, cooler grinding, and better tool life
- removal of pre-grinding marks
- removal of oxidation
- for light deburring tasks
