Precision internal micrometer measuring bolt carbide without dial gauge

Design and use:
The internal precision measuring device is a universal and robust two-point comparative measuring instrument. It is suitable for measurement tasks in manufacturing, as well as in incoming or final inspection. Centering occurs automatically in the bore, with the base formed by the centering plate. The wider the centering base, the more securely the measuring device is centered in the bore.
Highest accuracy, repeatability deviation maximum 0,0005 mm, transmission error 0,0025 mm.
During the measurement process, the so-called reversal point must be determined. This is done by oscillating the measuring device around the fixed measuring pin. The position with the smallest value, where the measuring device axis is exactly perpendicular to the bore axis, is automatically passed through. In a mechanical display device, this is clearly recognizable by the change in direction of the pointer. When using digital display devices, a minimum value memory is helpful.
The contact pins are equipped with carbide balls as standard, wear parts are either made of carbide or wear-resistant, hardened steel.

Adjustment is made using setting rings, micrometer screws, or with the setting device ESU together with parallel gauge blocks.

In wooden case, with test certificate and corresponding measuring pins and discs, without dial gauge.
