Version:Quick-clamping device for changing the taps without auxiliary tools.
With preset safety clutch
to protect against tap breakage in the event of blunting or running onto the bottom of the hole. Different inserts are required for different tap shank sizes. The tap shanks should have a minimum hardness of HRC 40. Length adjustment for presetting the inserts outside the machine. We can supply size 4 and 5 quick-change inserts on request.
How to use:Quick-change inserts can be used in conjunction with the various thread-cutting quick-change chucks on single- and multi-spindle machines with manual, mechanical or numerical control.
