Pilot Pin GZ1/3,0 for Countersink-Combination System

Version:
- Bilz guide pins are manufactured in 3 types.
- Adapted to the respective reference size:
1) for sinkers of size 0, in one-piece design for lateral screw clamping
2) for sinkers size 1-5, in one-piece design with locknut
3) for sinkers size 2-5, in two-part design, consisting of retaining screw, guide sleeve, and locknut

How to use:
The sinkers receive good guidance through the guide pins to work precisely. The specified sizes fit each sinker of the corresponding reference size. Therefore, you have a large combination possibility.

Assembly:
Grease the guide pin at seat A12, insert into the counterbore, screw on nuts, adjust play, and lock nuts. The guide pin must rotate easily when installed. The play should normally be 0,1 mm.
For carbide sinks113050) a spacer must be installed between the guide pin and the carbide cutting edge!
